Khan Continental Hotel is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and coordinating effectively with other departments. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Manage daily cash handling, billing, and invoicing tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and front desk documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel front desk or reception
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and hotel management software
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Capable of multitasking and handling pressure in a fast-paced environment
