We are Looking for Front Desk Officer

Khan Continental Hotel is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and coordinating effectively with other departments. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Manage daily cash handling, billing, and invoicing tasks
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and front desk documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel front desk or reception
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Capable of multitasking and handling pressure in a fast-paced environment
