Executive Chef

Khan Continental Hotel & Restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
  • Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes
  • Manage kitchen inventory and report stock requirements
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
  • Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook
  • Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, disciplined, and team-oriented personality
  • Good time management and communication skills
